Who We Serve
We partner with private companies, cities and municipalities, government organizations, and communities across Southern Finland. With 2,500 dedicated professionals, we ensure smooth operations in over 1,000 locations – from offices and lunch restaurants to housing complexes, public events, transportation hubs, the Olympic Stadium, Helsinki ports, libraries, embassies, schools, daycare centers, hospitals, and elderly care homes.
Our Impact
In 2024, we strengthened our performance by €7.6 million (+4.9%), achieving a revenue of €138.7 million and an operating profit of €1.5 million.
Palmia’s owner is the German investment company Mutares. Our services are produced in Finland, and we are one of the largest employers in the Southern Finland region.

Food Services
We serve tasty and nutritious food for children and adults for all life situations.
The food we produce is from the best and purest ingredients with responsible principles. We follow WWF fish recommendations and have used Fair Trade products since 2011. We also promote the reduction of food waste and develop a vegetarian diet in accordance with nutritional recommendations.
Cleaning Services
High-quality and ecological cleaning extends the life cycle of the property’s surface materials and helps our customers maintain the value of their property. We invest in staff orientation and continuous training – we even enable you to complete a professional qualification in a few months with training. We implement continuous quality monitoring by applying the customer’s own quality indicators, the Insta 800 standard or Palmia’s own indicators.
Our cleaning services are based on partnership and long-term development of customer cooperation.
Security Services
We ensure safe and functional environments with an emphasis on customer service with 600 security service professionals. We produce our services by combining modern technology and the diverse expertise of our personnel in a cost-effective and flexible manner. We support our customers in their own core mission and design our security service solutions to support the customer’s goals.
Real Estate Services
All services for the property and outdoor areas at once.
We take comprehensive care of the properties so that our customers can focus on their own mission and so that the users are comfortable and feel safe. For our part, we ensure that the value of the property is maintained. Our services are designed according to the customer’s needs; the customer receives all services related to maintenance and care through us.
Restaurant Services
We serve tasty food from the best and purest ingredients with responsible principles. We implement the restaurant concept and offering by listening to the customer’s goals. Our customer satisfaction is top-notched; both buyers of the service and consumers eating at our restaurant appreciate our service and the healthy variety of food offering.
